Watching videos on Retiree Site

Having trouble viewing the videos? A quick restart of your device is sometimes the simplest solution. However, there are many types of internet browsers and operating systems so you may need to make a few tweaks in order to have the best video experience possible. Follow the steps below for your specific browser and device:
 
iPhone/iPad
Safari browser: Setting > Safari > Block Cookies > Never (default is From Visited)
Chrome browser: Chrome > Main menu:Settings > Content settings > Accept Cookies > On (this IS the default)
 
Mac
Safari 5.1 and later browser: Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Block Cookies > Never (default is From third parties)
Safari 5.0 and earlier browser: Safari > Preferences > Security > Accept cookies > Always (default is Only from sites you navigate to)
 
PC
Chrome browser: Chrome > Main menu > Settings > Content settings > Cookies > Allow local data to be set (this IS the default).
Firefox browser: Firefox > Main menu > Options > Privacy > Use custom settings for history > Accept cookies from sites AND Accept third-party cookies AND Keep until they expire (Remember History setting is default, and should also work properly).
IE 9 browser: Internet Explorer > Internet options > Privacy > Select setting that accepts third-party cookies (Low-Accept All Cookies will definitely work)
